Private Tutoring
Private tutoring provides the most individualized benefit to your child because it is completely customizable. Sessions may be either instructional or supportive.
- Instructional sessions focus on particular writing, literature, and learning habits to develop skills. Lessons may or may not be directly related to your child’s current school/homeschool curriculum.
- Supportive sessions use your child’s current curriculum to review, reteach, and reinforce the same concepts he or she is currently learning in school/homeschool. Supportive sessions include guidance on writing assignments for other courses (4th-12th grade), college essays, college writing, and professional or personal writing (college – adult).
Prior to the first session, I will ask you for specific information about your goals for tutoring. Discussing this information ahead of time will help us get the most out of each tutoring session.

Private tutoring is available in-person or via Zoom.
Fee: $65/hour
Small-Group Tutoring
Group tutoring benefits learners through individual interaction with the tutor as well as cooperative interaction within the group.
Prior to the first session, each parent will be asked to identify specific goals for the sessions.

Group tutoring is available in person at my home or remotely via Zoom.
Fees*:
2-3 students: $40/student/ hour.
4-5 students: $30/student/hour.
