Which service best fits your child’s learning needs?
Classes create an opportunity for small group learning in a personalized environment. Discussing ideas, developing strategies, and sharing completed writing assignments enable students to learn from each other as well as the instructor. Classes are groups of 6-10 students.
Private tutoring provides the most individualized benefit to your child because it is completely customizable. Sessions may be either instructional or supportive. Small group tutoring is available for interested students in groups of 2-5.
Creative Writing Camp meets from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday-Friday during camp week. Each camp program focuses on one genre of storytelling such as detective stories, fairy tales, or fantasy writing.
Workshops may be offered at various times throughout the year. They may be offered to children, teens, or adults. These workshops are 1.5 – 2-hour, one-day events. Workshops may also be offered in a 4-session series. Topics may include poetry, creative writing, or basic writing skills.
Sometimes students do not need formal instruction, they just need a second opinion. Paper grading services allow students to receive specific, direct feedback about their writing as they prepare assignments for rigorous high school classes, college entrance essays, or college-level courses.
